Hawaii PRE-ORDER Terms

- We offer pre-orders so you can reserve an item before it sells out. Due to high demand and limited quantities, preorders can not be canceled or refunded.

 

- Our rattan furniture is handmade, not factory made, meaning you may find small notches and scores from the craftsmanship. This is not a defect nor eligible for return. 

 

- We cannot guarantee that the item will look identical to the picture that is displayed. No two items are the same, and that is what makes these items so special! Each piece is unique and varies slightly in color, size, and detail. 

 

- All of our rattan furniture pieces come assembled, and in one piece, please make sure to measure the area it must go through (door frames, staircases, etc.) so that it will fit. Because our rattan furniture is handmade, sizing is not exact. The dimensions provided are approximations, and we ask that you please leave up to 3 inches of leeway in each direction.
