SHIPPING & HANDLING
- We offer FREE SHIPPING limited to the contiguous United States.
- Free shipping does not include Alaska, or other US territories and is only applicable to the US mainland. If you need us to ship outside of the contiguous US, small parcel items are an additional $50, and freight items are an additional $100. These fees are calculated at checkout and only covers a portion of the shipping cost; we cover the rest. Please contact us with any questions.
- We do not ship items to Hawaii. Instead, we are having a pop-up sale in Hawaii this Summer for two weeks in May. Limited quantities will be available for presale and all other items will be available in our Honolulu showroom.
- Once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. This does not include shipping times or possible delays in transit. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the shipping company picks up your order.
- We ship large items via freight carriers. Please allow anywhere from 1-3 weeks for your item to be delivered once it leaves our warehouse.
- A shipping company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment at a time that works best for you.
- Shippers only offer curbside drop off at this time. Please be sure to have at least two people available to carry items inside.
- All of our rattan items are fairly light in weight, and once the packing is removed, they are easily carried. For freight items, don’t be alarmed by weight; this amount includes the pallet.
- We are a small team and are committed to getting your orders out as quickly as we can! However, due to COVID and unforeseen importing setbacks, there may be delays outside our control.
- We are located in Portland, Oregon. If you are local and want to arrange to pick up your item directly, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Pre-order items are available so you can reserve an item before it goes out of stock.
- Due to demand and limited quantities, pre-orders are non-refundable. If your order has not yet shipped, we can offer you in-store credit.
- Pre-order dates are tentative and change due to international freight conditions (unfortunately out of our control).
- We will email pre-order customers to inform them of any updates or further delays. Once pre-order items land in our facilities, we work as fast as possible to handle and pack them for shipping. This usually takes 1-2 weeks to process the shipment and send information to the carrier. Once shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

- Gift Cards cannot be combined; please only use one per transaction
- Gift Cards cannot be used with other discounts at checkout
- Due to rattan furniture’s handmade nature, each piece is unique and varies slightly in color, size, and detail. No two items are the same, and that is what makes these items so special!
- Our rattan furniture is handmade, not factory made, meaning you may find small notches and scores from the craftsmanship. This is not a defect nor eligible for free return shipping.
- Colors range from light wood, blonde, honey brown, and may have marbled grey and black colors.
- All of our rattan furniture pieces come assembled and in one piece, so please make sure to measure the area it must go through (door frames, staircases, etc.) so that it will fit.
- Due to the handcrafted nature, sizing is not exact; please leave up to 3 inches of leeway in each direction.
- We do not offer returns for freight shipped items. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us.
- Returns for small parcel items are accepted, with return shipping being the responsibility of the customer.
- Please contact us for a return address. Once your item is back in our warehouse and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Customers have 2 weeks to return an item, from the time product arrives at your location to the time you send package in the mail (not including shipping time).
- Items will receive full refund if there are no signs of use or damage.
- We do not offer cancellations as our items are limited in quantity.
- Although we do everything we can to assure you package arrives in good condition. Once a package leaves our warehouse, the shipping process is out of our control.
- If you do received a damaged item please contact us with photos immediately, and we will walk you through the steps.
